Well friends, it’s been a month since my last post and I am happy to report I am a father to a bouncing baby boy–Daniel Theodore Campos. Having already celebrated my 40th birthday publicly, I want to tell you how I will be ringing in the first day of my 40th year privately.
It’s time for a 10 year planning session and goals. Success is not something accomplished in a vacuum and I have friends, mentors and even a corporate coach, Howard Sambol, to help. I will be using his career crafting exercises during my planning sessions this weekend.
